Ilana Sacks started Oak because too many London and Hertfordshire properties sit half used, badly managed or empty while everyone waits for something to happen.
She brings over a decade of experience across marketing, commercial property launches and residential refurbishment – and thinks a good property should always be doing something useful: earning, looked after and ready for whoever walks through the door next.
We keep the portfolio deliberately focused so every property gets proper attention – regular checks, quick fixes, honest updates and no surprises.
