How it works
Oak manages it, landlord earns
Oak takes an agreed management fee from the booking income. The rest goes to the landlord – so instead of an empty property costing them every month, it starts earning again.
It stays on the market
Viewings carry on when the property is vacant – we work around your diary and keep the place presentable.
They can take it back
Give notice whenever. We hand it back as soon as existing bookings run their course. Sale agreed, plans changed, doesn't matter.
